Jason Moll is a Nashville-based CPA and entertainment business manager who helps clients in entertainment, sports, and media turn disciplined tax and accounting into a lasting, generational legacy. Over more than a decade, he has built his career on a simple conviction: that real financial clarity is what frees talented people to focus on their craft and build something that outlasts them.

Jason serves as Managing Director of ARC Business Management, an entertainment financial services firm, where he leads the Nashville office and directs the firm’s tax practice nationwide. Alongside that role, he serves a select roster of clients directly—from emerging talent to some of the most recognizable names in entertainment and sports.

He began his career in Los Angeles at leading entertainment business management firms, working as both a business manager and a tax accountant for actors, producers, musicians, athletes, public figures, and the creative businesses built around them. In 2018, he relocated to Nashville and launched his own accounting practice, serving musicians, producers, actors, and creators across the country before joining ARC.

Beyond client work, Jason is a frequent speaker and workshop facilitator in the music and touring community, sharing practical financial guidance with the artists and professionals who keep the industry running. When he’s not deep in spreadsheets, you’ll usually find him with his sons, at a baseball game, playing guitar, or enjoying the outdoors.
